Norfolk, NE: Residents Creative With Family Communication

With extended visitor restrictions in place, Heritage of Bel-Air has gotten creative with the ways residents communicate with their families. A phone call is good. A window visit is fun. Video conference is even better. Another way that residents can communicate is by whiteboard.

Heritage’s Public Relations Coordinator helped assist residents in crafting a message on the whiteboard and then took a picture with each holding their message. The photos then were distributed through Facebook or sent directly to the resident’s family members.

Quality Life: We will create a living environment that radiates love, peace, spiritual contentment, dignity and safety, while encouraging personal independence.
