Seward, NE: Love is in the Air

Valentine’s Day is for love so Ridgewood decided to try something new this year. Each resident and guest received a carnation with their meal of pork flat iron steak, grilled asparagus, baked potato half, roll, shrimp and corn bisque soup. Dessert was chocolate covered strawberries (which residents helped prepare the day before) and two layered chocolate cake along with a choice of champagne or sparkling cider. Some of the staff dressed in their black pants and white shirts to assist in serving our residents. It’s not often you get blessed with so many Valentine’s in one area. Ridgewood is blessed with all of our residents and it was a pleasure to make this holiday of love special for them.

Serving: We succeed by focusing our attention and energies on anticipating and exceeding people’s expectations. Our actions are driven by a “Yes, I Can” attitude and the commitment that we are “Family Serving Family.”
