Lincoln, NE: Give Thanks

“How many people are coming to your house for Thanksgiving?” is a common conversation in the days leading up to Thanksgiving. But when you are serving 100’s of people – and don’t have the option of going out for supper the night before, the task could seem daunting. But not for the Southlake Village Rehabilitation and Care Center Culinary Team – led by Dietician Michael Welch & Chef Carla McKinney, with a host of fabulous sous chefs, including but not limited to those pictured today, Patsy Turner and Lori Prange Decorated turkey cookies for Sweet Salvation; setting the table (tables!), finding room in the refrigerator, fresh orange zest for the salad – no corner is left unturned. We are so Thankful

Quality Life-We will create a living environment that radiates love, peace, spiritual contentment, dignity and safety, while encouraging personal independence.
