Lander, WY: Bake Sale Pays for School Lunches

On Wednesday, Nancy Connin and Audrey Muir presented Lander Middle School Principal, Julie Shanley with $324. These ladies were representing all of the residents who helped with a huge bake sale at Westward Heights last week. This year they voted to pay for children who had negative lunch account balances at school. Emma Jean Ross said, “It makes me feel good to raise money for a good cause!” The residents do bake sales a couple of times per year to help with local needs.

Serving-We succeed by focusing our attention and energies on anticipating and exceeding people’s expectations. Our actions are driven by a “Yes, I Can” attitude and the commitment that we are “Family Serving Family.”
