Norfolk, NE: Sneak Day: Team Members Play Hookey for a Purpose

Several team members were selected and took part in Heritage of Bel-Air’s Sneak Day! Sneak Days is essentially a paid day to play hookey! But also designed for team members to bond with each other outside of the facility, learn something new and have some fun.

For the first Sneak Day, team members loaded in the bus and headed for Yankton, S.D., where they visited Avera Scared Heart Majestic Bluffs. While in Yankton, they also visited the Gavins Point National Fish Hatchery & Aquarium, ate at JoDean’s restaurant for lunch and ice cream at Culvers.

Other activities were planned but the weather did not cooperate. Still, team members reported having a great time and sharing much laughter.

Teamwork-Our relationships are built on mutual trust and respect. We recognize the value and worth of each person we are privileged to encounter, work with, and serve. We seek to understand what is important to others and let people know they are appreciated for who they are and what they do.
