Vetter Senior Living Facilities Receive National Recognition for Quality Care

Vetter Senior Living is proud to announce that nine facilities have been recognized by the American Healthcare Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) for their commitment to quality care. Three locations received silver awards and six were given bronze awards.

Receiving Silver – Achievement in Quality awards: Heritage Crossings in Geneva, NE; Heritage of Red Cloud, Red Cloud, NE; and Parkview Heights in Garnett, Kansas.

Receiving the Bronze – Commitment to Quality awards: Brookestone Acres, Columbus, NE; Brookestone View, Broken Bow, NE; Cloverlodge Care Center, St. Edward, NE; Rose Lane Home and Rose Lane Assisted Living in Loup City, NE, and Heritage Care Center in Iowa Falls, Iowa.

With the addition of the 2019 award winners, Vetter Senior Living now has 18 locations that have received a Silver award and all of its locations have now achieved Bronze level recognition.

The National Quality Award Program includes three progressive levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Trained examiners review each member application to determine if the center has met the criteria. The Silver National Quality Award recognizes long-term and post-acute communities’ achievement in developing and demonstrating effective approaches that help improve performance and health care outcomes.

The awards will be presented during AHCA/NCAL’s 70th Convention & Expo in Orlando, Florida, October 13-16, 2019.
