Broken Bow, NE: Brookestone View Residents had a Successful Christmas Fundraiser

The residents of Brookestone View worked very hard for a wonderful Christmas fundraiser, which raised money for the local Children’s Christmas Fund this past December. Residents spent time decorating lots of boxes and cookies for the fundraiser. The fundraiser was held in our ice cream parlor and residents spent the day selling their cookie boxes for $5.oo each. Throughout the holiday season residents also sold homemade crafts that included Mason Jar centerpieces, Christmas ornaments, crocheted butterfly magnets, and much more to further help raise money for this great cause. The Children’s Christmas Fund of Broken Bow provides Christmas gifts to families and children in need. The residents are excited to announce that they raised a substantial amount and Vetter Senior Living matched it, giving the children many wonderful gifts to enjoy! Stay tuned, our residents are currently working hard in preparation for our 2nd Annual Valentine’s Fundraiser that raises money for Broken Bow’s Backpack Program.

Quality Life: We will create a living environment that radiates love, peace, spiritual contentment, dignity and safety, while encouraging personal independence.
