Norfolk, NE: Residents Play in the Snow

Many of our residents at Heritage of Bel-Air don’t get outside to play in the snow. So we thought why not bring the “snow” in? Heritage of Bel-Air’s Life Enrichment team and a group of residents made “snow” by combining baking soda and hair conditioner.  It was mixed by hand. The “snow” was added to the bottom of a mason jar and layered with holly berries and greenery. Residents then tied the jar with a bow giving the finishing touch to their Christmas craft. Each jar was placed on the tables in the dining hall to brighten the decor up for the season.

Quality Life-We will create a living environment that radiates love, peace, spiritual contentment, dignity and safety, while encouraging personal independence.
