Omaha, NE: 2nd Annual Seven Days of Thanks!

Inspired from Caregiver’s Appreciation Week, we hosted our second annual “Seven Days of Thanks,” the week before Thanksgiving, at Brookestone Village. The Seven Days of Thanks campaign centered around staff appreciation and everyone pitched in to make it a success! The Leadership Team from each department took to the hallways and handed out tasty treats, accompanied by music and funky dance moves.

Some highlights from the week include; ADON, Angel Nazeck, dressing up like a cupcake and delivering fresh-baked cupcakes to team members. Social Services Coordinator, Alison Vaughan and Chaplain, Christy Ross, followed the next day, dressed as ketchup and mustard bottles and handed out corn dogs. Our Maintenance guys, disguised as baristas, took carts of seasonally-flavored coffees, syrups and creamers to team members. The fan-favorite for the week was the Walking Tacos, delivered and assembled by our Dietary team, who were dressed in a taco costume!

We strive to make sure that our Brookestone Village family knows how much they are loved and appreciated each holiday season.

Excellent Teams:  We will select and develop team members who radiate warmth, compassion and respect while skillfully performing their duties.
