Elkhorn, NE: Road Trip! Office Manager & Payroll Conference 2018

It had been 3 long years since the Financial Services Team welcomed our facility Office Managers and Payroll Coordinators to the Home Office.

In the last three years, these roles faced many new challenges from PCC conversion, ADP conversion, Medicare and insurance changes, and most recently, the move into Non-Profit as Vetter Senior Living. We set out on a two and half day journey to refine the skills we had obtained over the previous three years and re-imagine how their ever-changing roles should impact the facilities. While every conference has it’s heavy topics, a little help from “Thelma and Louise” helped to lighten the mood. It also allowed for plenty of discussion, question and answer time, motivation, Strengths Training, fun, games, and of course food! The Financial Services Team also treated our guests with a little relaxation, taking an afternoon for a group canvas painting hosted by Brookestone Meadows.

It was so great to see everyone and we are so thankful to be on this journey with you!
