Geneva, NE: Making Pizza at Heritage Crossings

The residents at Heritage Crossings were busy making homemade personal pan pizzas last week. They enjoyed cutting up all the ingredients, frying up the hamburger, and flattening out the biscuits for the pizza crust. They talked about all the cooking and baking they did for their families at home and how they always had food on the table. One resident enjoyed sharing about how she used to teach cooking classes on the army base. They thought it was much easier to make with the ready-made pizza sauce in a squeezable bottle, they just couldn’t believe it. Everyone was anxious to try their delicious pizzas after they cooked them.

Quality Life:  We will create a living environment that radiates love, peace, spiritual contentment, dignity and safety, while encouraging personal independence.
