Omaha, NE: “Noon Year’s Eve” Celebration

Here at Brookestone Village we are always looking for a reason to host a good party…and ringing in the new year definitely qualifies as one!

This year, for our annual “Noon Year’s Eve” celebration (yes, ringing in the new year at the stroke of twelve NOON), we were delighted to have The Links, members of Merry Makers, provide our entertainment for the party. The sweet treats and punch our residents and families enjoyed only added to the lively atmosphere which included a lot of singing and dancing!

At ten seconds before the top of the noon hour, we began the big countdown to “2017”. At the click of the clock hitting noon, resounding calls of “Happy New Year” could be heard, along with noisemakers and The Links playing the traditional “Auld Lang Syne”.

Residents and families could be heard wishing each other much happiness and blessings in the new year. Here’s to nothing good health, happiness and blessings to EVERYONE in the upcoming year. Cheers to 2017!

Quality Life-We will create a living environment that radiates love, peace, spiritual contentment, dignity and safety, while encouraging personal independence.
