Grand Island, NE: Giving a Little Christmas Cheer

Today we presented to Laurie Kulus the executive Director of the Grace Foundation a donation of $1040.50. This was the money raised from the 40k Cumulative walk, a bake sale, jean day and donation from a team member and match check from home office. We donated the money in Angie’s name. To make the check presentation even more special we had Laverna a long time resident and special friend of Angie’s present the checks. Angie also ran in the annual Race for Grace this last year in honor of her mother whom she lost to Cancer.
Here is a little about the Grace Foundation, all the money distributed by the foundation stays local to the area. The mission of the Grace Foundation, “GRACE Foundation was born from the need and desire to help local cancer patients and their families in their fight with this deadly disease. If you live within 40 miles of Grand Island, or are being treated at the Grand Island Cancer Treatment Center, the GRACE Foundation is here to help. Assistance comes in many forms such as gas cards, help with medical bills, household expenses and more. We know that cancer doesn’t wait, and so we work hard to approve grant requests in a timely manner.”

Quality Reputation:  We will be known for promoting relationships of trust, confidence and loyalty through the quality of our services, the honesty of our people and involvement in our community.
