Iowa Falls, IA: Ukulele Club

I had the music teacher from the middle school contact me about a small group of 3 6th grade kids that formed a Ukulele Club. They had practiced ukulele’s in 5th grade and really missed it, so they got together with the music teacher to share their idea. She meets with them after school each night to practice for about 20 minutes before they have to catch the bus. They came to share their talent with us yesterday. One kid was sick, but the two boys did an amazing job with the music teacher. They played and sang songs that the residents’ knew so they could join in with them once in a while.

Integrity:  Our relationships, services and decisions will speak for our desire to always act with honesty, fairness, and compassion. People learn from interacting with us that they can trust us to be who we say we are and do what we say we’ll do. We strive to act in a way that will make God smile at our efforts.
