Springfield, MO: Local Collector Brings Presidential Collection to Creekside

Reverend Keith Garrison is more than just a pastor. He is a historian and a lifelong collector of presidential memorabilia. To celebrate Presidents Day, Reverend Garrison brought a small part of his 16,000 piece collection for our viewing. He spoke about how he got into collecting; the history of some of the pieces in his collection; where some of his pieces have ended up (The George W. Bush Presidential Library); and where the majority of his collection is stored: The Harry S. Truman Library in Independence, Missouri. Our audience was captivated as he wove the tales of the artifacts he owns from history. It was a wonderful way to remember our leaders on this patriotic holiday.

Quality Life:  We will create a living environment that radiates love, peace, spiritual contentment, dignity and safety, while encouraging personal independence.
