Seward, NE: What a Game!

On January 10, several of our residents took a trip down to Concordia University, to watch the women’s basketball team beat Briar Cliff in an exciting game. A week before, the team visited us at Ridgewood and spent some time shooting baskets with us. It was so fun to watch coach Drew Olson win his 300th game and see player Mary Janovich join the 1,000-point club. We appreciate the accommodations of the Walz Arena. We were able to sit together with a great view because of a special drop down railing. During one of the game breaks, a spectator in front of our group caught a Concordia t-shirt and gave it to our resident, Marc. We hope to watch more games and wish the Bulldogs the best of luck with the rest of their season!
