Garnett, KS: Sharing, Learning, Growing with Take Time To Care

We finally had all the preparations done, prizes gathered, and schedule figured out for everyone to go through the Take Time To Care Program. It took 3 weeks to work everyone in, but it was time well spent. You could just watch some of the folks that don’t like to talk start to open up and share. You could hear all the great things that they like about each other and themselves. They were challenged to become a better group, working as a team and not just everyone in it for themselves. We had such a great time with learning, laughing, shedding a tear or two, sharing easy ways to implement these great tools, and yes time for reflection on how each one of us can make that difference in someone’s life. What a great privilege it was to be a part of such a great training program that the Vetter Senior Living Team has given us to help teach us the importance of “Changing the View.”

Excellent Teams:   We will select and develop team members who radiate warmth, compassion and respect while skillfully performing their duties.
