North Platte, NE: Family Is Forever

Assisted Living Week has been a week of fun, fun and more fun. This year’s theme of “Family is Forever” created many opportunities for the residents and staff at Linden Estates to enjoy.
We started the week with a huge family tree, literally, by having everyone put their name on our hand leaves and attach to the tree. We then had a special painting class with Anika where our artists did their rendition of her painting entitled “Growing Together”.
We enjoyed daily sing-a-longs, A Family Feud game on the IN2L with residents and staff, and different dress up themes each day.
Our big Family Day celebration on Wednesday included a cake reception with North Platte Mayor Dwight Livingston. We also had a petting zoo for families to enjoy and a big family BBQ that evening. Music was provided by Merry Maker, Kim Eames who then joined us for dinner. We even had a visit from our founder, Jack Vetter.

Excellent Teams:   We will select and develop team members who radiate warmth, compassion and respect while skillfully performing their duties.
