Broken Bow, NE: Making Memories with the Solar Eclipse

August 21, 2017, is a day that will live in history as Broken Bow was a hot spot to watch the total solar eclipse, with people from all over the world traveling to our small town. Here at Brookestone View, over 30 of our residents participated in this once in a lifetime event. We didn’t stop there, the dietary team made a special meal that included sun burgers, sun chips, eclipse cookies, and sun punch! The staff and residents of Brookestone View then watched the moon pass over the sun. Some of our residents even kept their solar eclipse glasses as a memento from this special occasion.

Quality Life:  We will create a living environment that radiates love, peace, spiritual contentment, dignity and safety, while encouraging personal independence.
